Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet clients in their homes, present our products, and close sales with comprehensive follow-up. Base pay plus commissions and bonuses offer uncapped earning potential within a supportive team environment.

Average reps can achieve $200k–$300k per year with uncapped earnings, and all leads are provided—no cold-calling. W2 employment includes benefits, PTO, 401(k), and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments).
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business.
