Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners in their homes, present our products, and close sales. You will rely on provided leads and structured appointments to achieve targets.

Compensation includes base salary plus sales commission and performance bonus, with uncapped earnings potential in a nationwide network. Training, benefits, and a path for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Evening and Saturday appointments required (No Saturday evening appointments).
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business-to-Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Able to meet and exceed goals.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Willing to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in homes, demonstrating our products and outstanding services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business.
