This role offers an uncapped commission structure, company-provided appointments, and extensive sales training.

You’ll travel within the Baltimore market, close deals, and help homeowners improve their kitchens and baths with quality products.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Previous in-home sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or related industries is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset is important.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently close sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with company-generated leads.
• Design customized kitchen and bathroom remodeling solutions using our interactive sales platform.
• Present product options, pricing, financing, and project timelines.
