Renuity is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home solutions for customers across the Tampa area. You will present our products and services to decision-makers, build trust, and close contracts with uncapped commissions.

This is a full-time, W-2 position with training in Orlando and opportunities to grow within a nationwide home-improvement network. This role requires energy, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license.
• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Criminal background check required.
• Experience in home improvement sales (windows/doors, baths, etc.) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision-makers at their homes.
• Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet sales goals.
• Set individual sales targets.
• Track sales goals and report results.
• Promote company products and services.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Work a full schedule, including weekend and holiday flexibility.
