Qualifications

• Proven experience in direct/in-home sales or home improvement.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Available evenings and weekends to match customer schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers and showcase our products and services.
• Build rapport with clients, identify needs, and deliver personalized sales presentations.
• Close sales deals in the customer’s home and complete paperwork and payments.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth process from sale to service delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
