A leading home improvement company in Morristown, TN is seeking full-time Outside Sales Representatives. The position involves delivering professional presentations and selling home improvement products. With a lucrative commission structure and opportunities for growth, the ideal candidate will be persuasive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have your own reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to carry sales samples/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners using an iPad.
• Complete electronic contracts with accurate product details.
• Sell at least 30% of the leads issued.
• Run approximately 8-10 leads a week.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after installation.
