Job summary

Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking motivated in-home sales professionals to present residential utility-saving products to homeowners in Idaho. Pre-qualified leads are provided and top performers earn $150,000+ in year one, with potential to reach $250,000+ after ramp-up.

Experience in HVAC or related home-improvement fields is helpful, but strong, coachable candidates from other in-home sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in in‑home or consultative sales is helpful but not required.
• Background in HVAC, roofing, solar, windows, or related home-improvement industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners on reducing utility costs and improving comfort.
• Present in‑home products including heating, air conditioning, insulation, plumbing, and electrical services.
