Carroll Water, a locally owned water-treatment company since 1983, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments, using pre-qualified, company-provided leads. This role offers a base salary plus commission, with top performers earning $150,000+ annually, and a transition to an uncapped commission structure after training.

Evenings and Saturdays are required, with no Sunday appointments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule.
• Comfortable with in-home, consultative sales.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays (no Sundays)

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Evaluate water quality concerns and recommend solutions
• Present and sell water treatment systems
• Build trust and provide a high-quality customer experience
• Manage and follow up on leads provided by marketing team
