Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments across Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. You’ll evaluate water concerns, present solutions and close sales using company-provided, pre-qualified leads.

You'll work evenings and Saturdays with a base salary plus commission during training, transitioning to an uncapped commission structure. Top performers earn $150,000+ annually, with bi-weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.
