Job summary

Hiller is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to work with new and existing customers by conducting in-home sales consultations, assessing homeowner needs, and developing replacement/upgrade proposals. You will secure sales, process orders, and coordinate with teammates to ensure safe and efficient delivery of services.

The role includes company vehicle, paid training, bonus opportunities, and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on sales leads and lists, technician and self-generated.
• Perform a complete customer needs survey on every call.
• Educate customers on service offerings using the Company’s Sales System.
• Maintain closing ratio: Generated leads 70%+; Marketing leads 50%+.
• Recommend solutions and link objections to a value-based solution.
• Demonstrates technical expertise and credibility.
• Influence service strategies with homeowners positively.
• Prepare contracts and proposals.
• Write and present proposals effectively.
• Address resistance, negotiate value and close the sale.
• Maintain an average sales price set forth by the brand.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely on all leads.
• Prepare financing paperwork and collect payments.
• Be accessible by phone except scheduled vacations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
