You’ll meet with homeowners, perform inspections, present custom solutions, and ensure smooth handoffs to production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-home or high-ticket sales.
• Comfortable with roof access and physical inspections.
• Ability to understand and sell technical home systems.
• Strong closing skills and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess chimney and fireplace systems
• Perform or support on-site inspections (including roof access when needed)
• Identify safety issues, repairs, or upgrade opportunities
• Present custom solutions and close projects
• Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and follow-ups
• Maximize every interaction to build repeat and long-term customers
• Leverage brand reputation to expand your book of business
• Educate homeowners on fire safety, system performance, and maintenance
