Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Hartford, CT. You will meet with customers in their homes to present our bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodeling options, explain value, and close sales.

The role features a rotating schedule with early evenings and Saturdays, and all leads are pre-set and warm. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and an annual bonus program.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers at their homes to present product options and drive sales.
• Explain value and installation quality of products to customers.
• Find options that fit customer budgets and close sales.
• Complete post-sale activities and follow-up as required.
• Sales appointments typically run around 2 hours.
