Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, seeks an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners at their residences, present our products, and provide accurate estimates. You will build relationships, close deals, and deliver exceptional service to foster repeat business.

Training is provided as part of our national Renuity network. Average reps can earn $200k-$300k per year with uncapped earnings; two to three pre-qualified appointments daily are supplied.

Qualifications

• Evening and Saturday appointment availability required (no Saturday evenings)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business
