Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home sales, preferably in home improvement or remodeling.
• Prior experience leading, coaching, or training a sales team.

• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using iPad-based presentations and digital contract tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and energized by performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments and provide coaching.
• Recruit, train, manage, and mentor sales representatives.
• Analyze KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions on sales techniques.
• Assist sales reps during difficult appointments.
