Job summary

Floor Coverings International of Winter Garden is seeking an in-home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to engage clients in their homes, present flooring options, and guide projects from selection to installation. You’ll work with a tablet and sales software to manage inquiries and coordinate schedules, with flexible full-time hours including evenings and weekends.

The role offers a base plus commissions, paid training, and benefits such as PTO, a company van, gas coverage, and opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-home and/or outside sales, with 3 years selling flooring.
• Strong drive to exceed sales targets and competitive spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with high integrity.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with tablets/software.
• Public speaking skills for client presentations.
• Knowledge of flooring/construction/design is a plus.
• Ambitious to join a family-like culture and achieve six figures.
• Available for homeowner appointments in evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to discuss flooring projects.
• Use our sales system with a tablet and software.
• Serve as the primary contact for flooring service inquiries.
• Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager.
• Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, in collaboration with the Install Manager.
• Develop lasting customer relationships and referrals.
