Job summary

Molly Maid in Massachusetts is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth, boost customer satisfaction, and support daily office operations. You will be the primary contact for new and existing customers, guiding them from inquiry to service and delivering in-home estimates.

You'll follow up on leads, coordinate onboarding, and ensure quality assurance, while assisting with marketing tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client service is preferred but not required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background check required.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact for customers from inquiry to service.
• Manage sales activities and conduct in-home estimates.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and onboarding.
• Support operations, including marketing materials and vendor coordination.
