Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking an Estimator to grow our sales and maintain customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, in-home environment. You will price quotes, meet warm leads in homes or over the phone, and advance opportunities through the sales cycle while upholding professional standards.

Full-time role with no nights or weekends. You’ll earn a base wage of $20–$25 per hour plus bonuses up to $10,000 annually, with a company car and benefits designed to reward performance as you help clients experience

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, sales or cleaning experience preferred but not required!
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Valid Driver’s License
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services – Meet with warm leads in their home and over the phone.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Close the loop on any open estimates/sales – personal relationship is important and starts with you, the estimator.
• Support operations – knowledge of customers helps maintain customer satisfaction.
