Job summary

Tailored Living is seeking a Design Sales Consultant to design and sell custom closets, garages, and home organization solutions for homeowners who value quality and a great buying experience.

Join a team that emphasizes design sense, client relationships, and a consultative sales approach. You’ll work with homeowners, present tailored plans, estimate projects, and guide decisions from concept to installation.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, design, home improvement, real estate, or client-facing experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A consultative sales style — you know how to guide, not pressure.
• Good attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort learning design software, estimating tools, and our sales process.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
