We’re a fast-growing, family-owned exterior remodeling company serving Cedar Rapids and the surrounding area. We specialize in windows, siding, roofing, patio rooms, and more — and we’re looking for an ambitious In-Home Sales Consultant / Project Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Run pre-set appointments with homeowners and close deals in-home
• Educate customers on exterior products, warranties, and project scope
• Oversee the customer relationship from initial consultation through project wrap-up
• Communicate with crews and our office team to ensure seamless execution
• Generate your own leads (in addition to those we provide) for extra commission incentives
• Represent Serenity with professionalism and hustle
