Aspen Home Improvements is seeking an in-home sales consultant to present and close home improvement projects with customers in their homes. You will identify customer needs, build trust, and use Aspen's proven sales presentation to close deals.

The role includes a four-week training period with in-house and field activities; compensation starts at $1,600 during training plus commissions, with top performers earning $150,000+ in their first year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
• Flexible work schedule and ability to adapt to business needs.
