Job summary

Aspen Home Improvements, a customer service-focused home improvement expert, seeks in-home sales consultants in Lancaster, PA. You will conduct presentations, build trust with customers, and identify needs to tailor effective solutions.

Training for the first 4 weeks includes in-house product training and field work with leads; compensation starts at 1,600 during training, with potential for high earnings beyond the first year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
• Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs / wants and use Aspen's proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale
