Home Genius Exteriors in New Jersey is hiring a full-time In Home Sales Closer to meet with homeowners, present solutions for roofing, siding, windows, and doors, and close high-ticket remodel sales.

You'll work 8–12 pre-qualified appointments weekly with a hybrid schedule in Somerset, NJ, earn uncapped commissions, and have the opportunity to reach six figures in your first year with top performers at $300K+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
