Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!) to join a high-growth team in a hybrid role based in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily, present solutions for roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors, and close high-ticket sales.

Average first-year earnings are $150K-$200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses; top performers exceed $300K.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or aptitude is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Drive times from home 30–90 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
