Job summary

Erie Home seeks a Residential Sales Consultant to drive in-home sales across assigned territories. You will run company-provided leads, perform home assessments, and deliver professional presentations to guide homeowners through financing and contracts.

You will manage your pipeline in a CRM, collaborate with installation and service teams, and continuously improve performance to meet or exceed sales targets in a dynamic, growth-focused organization.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience and strong presentation skills.
• Consultative selling approach to identify customer needs.
• Lead qualification and proposal development.
• Closing techniques and contract negotiation.
• Territory management and time management.
• Basic roofing/construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home consultations with homeowners to assess roofing and remodeling needs.
• Deliver professional, solution‑focused sales presentations using company tools and materials.
• Qualify leads, develop proposals, and clearly explain product options, pricing, and financing.
• Close sales and guide customers through contracts and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth project handoff.
• Attend sales meetings, training, and ride‑alongs to continuously improve performance.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in an assigned territory.
