This full-time, field-based position offers a W-2 arrangement with benefits and a company vehicle. Training is provided and earnings are projected between $150,000 and $250,000 in the first year,

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Comfortable travelling locally to customer homes and sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and assessments with homeowners.
• Present scope, pricing, and financing options clearly.
• Guide customers through a structured sales process from inspection to agreement.
• Complete contracts and documentations in ServiceTitan and related tools.
• Generate referrals and manage a professional sales materials and vehicle.
