Responsibilities include in-home presentations, roof inspections, closing deals, and documenting activities in Salesforce. Training is provided, with a clear path to management as the company expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• In-home sales with performance-based compensation.
• Comfortable presenting options and building homeowner trust.
• Ability to navigate a sales cycle from lead to close.
• Willingness to travel to customer homes and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales team meetings to plan and prepare strategically.
• Attend confirmed customer appointments between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Use innovative software for precise measurements and photo capture.
• Conduct roof condition assessments, including roof and attic inspections when required.
• Build homeowner trust, present options clearly, and close deals that meet homeowner needs.
