Trinity Total Home is seeking an in-home Roofing Sales Consultant to present roofing solutions, price and close projects, and manage customer relationships through completion. You will visit customer homes, inspect roofs, and run company-provided appointments with evening and weekend availability.

Active training, pre-qualified leads, and a structured path to management are offered, with unbeatable earning potential and weekly commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with in-home conversations and performance-based compensation.
• Must be able to climb ladders, roofs, attic spaces, and lift 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales team meetings to plan and prepare strategically.
• Attend confirmed customer appointments between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Use innovative software for precise measurements and photo capture.
• Conduct roof condition assessments, including roof and attic inspections when required.
• Build homeowner trust, present options clearly, and close deals that meet homeowner needs.
• Use iPad, cell phone, ladder, tape measure, and other company-provided equipment.
• Update Salesforce, CRM software, and finance partner portals accurately and on time.
• Follow up with homeowners and internal teams to help move sold projects through the process.
