The Arc of San Diego in San Diego, CA is seeking passionate Registered Nurses to provide in-home care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across nine facilities in the county.

The role emphasizes care coordination, client advocacy, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Schedule Tue-Sat 7a-3:30p; pay $47–$52 per hour; CA RN license required; 6 months DD experience; valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in California.
• At least 6 months hands-on experience with ID/DD population.
• Valid CA driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Physical and nutrition assessments.
• Develop health care plans.
• Case management support.
• Oversight for clients' specialty appointments.
• Pharmacy and medication review.
• Psychiatrist and mental health review.
• Scheduling and attending coordinated client service planning meetings.
