BAYADA Home Health Care in Pasadena, MD is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to perform in-home visits for adults and geriatrics throughout Pasadena. Home health experience is strongly preferred.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to help clients stay at home, with compassionate, reliable service at the core of BAYADA's mission.

Formación

• Current Maryland nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in relevant settings within past two years.

Responsabilidades

• Perform head-to-toe assessments to identify changes in patient condition.
• Manage acute and post-acute care needs at home (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical).
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in the home.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, education, and safety monitoring.
• Perform wound care assessment, documentation, and treatment.
