BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time home health visits in Maryland, serving Baltimore County including Pikesville, Towson, and Mount Washington. This role emphasizes independent clinical decision-making and 1:1 patient care.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, wound care, IV therapy, and medication reconciliation in patients' homes, with a focus on quality and safety for adults and geriatrics. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing in Maryland.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in relevant settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post-acute care including CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical care.
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Document wound assessments and care accurately in patient records.
