Job summary

AbriCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Rolla, Missouri personal care services team on a PRN/part-time basis. The RN will perform client assessments, develop care plans, and supervise caregivers to ensure plans of care are followed.

Flexibility in scheduling is required to support Medicaid and private pay clients. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, with mileage reimbursement for client visits and a competitive

Qualifications

• Active MO RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home client assessments to evaluate health status and care needs.
• Develop and update individualized care plans per physician orders and Medicaid/private pay requirements.
• Perform supervisory visits and competency evaluations of caregivers.
• Communicate with clients, families, physicians, and care coordination team about changes in care.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation per standards and Medicaid billing rules.
• Identify and report changes in client condition or safety concerns per policy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and state/federal regulations governing personal care services.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and care conferences.
• Support onboarding of new caregivers through competency testing.
