AbriCare is seeking a compassionate RN to join our Rolla, Missouri team on a PRN/part-time basis. The RN will assess clients in their homes, create and update care plans, supervise caregivers, and ensure plans stay aligned with physician orders and Medicaid requirements.

The role requires MO RN licensure, CPR/BLS, background check clearance, and a valid driver’s license. Home health experience is preferred and scheduling is flexible as client volume grows.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in Missouri.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in home health or personal care preferred.
• Knowledge of MO HealthNet personal care program requirements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments in the home to evaluate health status.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care per physician orders and MO program rules.
• Perform supervisory visits of caregivers and conduct competency evaluations.
• Communicate changes in client condition to families and care coordination team.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation per Medicaid and state regulations.
• Report changes or incidents to Branch Director per policy.
• Maintain HIPAA and ANE compliance.
• Participate in quality assurance, care conferences, and team meetings.
• Support onboarding of new caregivers through competency testing.
