AbriCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for flexible PRN in-home visits across the Greater St. Louis area, including multiple suburbs.

You will conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, develop and update care plans, supervise caregivers, and coordinate with families and care teams to support independence at home. Ideal candidates will have an active Missouri RN license, CPR/BLS, and the ability to travel to client homes with reliable transportation.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments.

• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans.

• Perform caregiver supervisory visits and competency evaluations.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Missouri RN license.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel to client homes.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet background screening requirements.

Preferred:

• Experience in home health, personal care, or community-based nursing.

• Familiarity with Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet) requirements.

• Experience with caregiver supervision and electronic documentation.

Schedule & Compensation

• PRN: Flexible daytime hours, primarily Monday–Friday.

• Hours: Initially limited, with opportunities to increase as client volume grows.

• Coverage: Greater St. Louis, including St. Charles, St. Peters, Maryland Heights, Hazelwood, Webster Groves, Shrewsbury, Richmond Heights, and St. Louis City.

• Pay: Competitive per visit compensation based on experience.

• Mileage: $0.50 per mile for eligible business travel.

PRN hours are not guaranteed, and this position is not eligible for employee benefits.

Physical Requirements
