Qualifications
- RN license is required
- BLS certification required
- Experience placing peripheral IVs and accessing ports preferred
- Ability to document clearly and comply with policies
Responsabilités
- Deliver skilled nursing care to clients in their homes as prescribed
- Help develop and execute personalized weekly care plans
- Provide nursing services within scope of practice
- Counsel clients and families on nursing needs and care options
- Complete documentation per agency policies and procedures
- Coordinate services through case conferences and team meetings
