TheKey is urgently hiring registered nurses (RN) for in-home care across Georgia. RNs will provide skilled nursing services in clients’ homes, following individualized care plans and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS required.
• Experience with peripheral IVs, ports, and PICC lines preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Background screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to the client in their home.
• Help execute personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing as prescribed within home care scope.
• Counsel clients and families on nursing needs.
• Meet all documentation requirements per agency policy.
• Coordinate services via case conferences and team meetings.
• Handle administrative tasks and report changes in client condition.
