TheKey is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for in-home health care across the Atlanta area. Earn top pay rates starting at $50.00 per hour as you deliver compassionate patient care in clients' homes, with flexible, per diem opportunities and a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in the U.S.
• BLS certification required
• Experience with IV access and PICC lines
• Ability to apply sound clinical judgment in home settings
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background screenings

Responsabilités

• Deliver skilled nursing care to clients in their home per care plans
• Develop and adjust personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Provide nursing services within scope of practice and safety guidelines
• Counsel clients and families on nursing needs and care plans
• Complete all required documentation per agency policy
• Coordinate care through case conferences and team meetings
