Job summary

CNS Cares in Knoxville, TN is hiring Registered Nurses for private in-home care, with both full-time and part-time options. Expect 12-hour, one-on-one shifts in patients' homes, and every other weekend coverage. Qualified applicants hold an active RN license in Tennessee, current BLS, a TB test, and a valid driver's license.

You may travel up to 60 miles and work across several homes as needed. Perks include medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, 401(k) with company match after 60 days,

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice (Tennessee).
• Current BLS certification and TB test (2-step skin test or QuantiFERON).
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-home nursing care with one-on-one patient focus.
• Ensure safety and compliance with agency policies during visits.
• Coordinate care across shifts and with family members.
