Job summary

Professional Case Management seeks Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare services in Tennessee. You’ll build one-on-one patient relationships and contribute to improving clients’ health and quality of life, while enjoying flexible scheduling in a home-based setting.

Ideal candidates are RN graduates with current licensure, CPR and TB test, and a willingness to work in home care with safety and compliance as top priorities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Prefer minimum of one year experience as an RN in an acute care setting or will consider new graduates.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to clients.
• Establish and maintain one-on-one therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Ensure safety and compliance with agency policies during home visits.
