Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses in Tennessee to provide in-home healthcare services, building one-on-one relationships with patients and enhancing their health, quality of life, and peace of mind. You can design a schedule that fits your life while delivering compassionate care in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates communicate well, respect diversity, and follow agency policies. RNs with CPR and TB tests, and acute care experience (or new grads) are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting or equivalent; new grads considered.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Mansioni

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in Tennessee.
• Monitor health status and administer treatments as prescribed.
• Document care and coordinate with the care team.
