University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate Visiting Nurse to provide skilled in-home healthcare to patients in Macomb, MI. You will perform assessments, treatments, and care coordination, delivering high-quality nursing care in patients' homes.

Join a team focused on patient well-being with collaborative care, documentation, and adherence to infection control. Interviews are going to be at our Livonia office.

Formación

• Valid Michigan RN license is required.
• Minimum experience in home health care preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to visits in Macomb, MI.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and community resources to facilitate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care provided.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
