Giving Home Health Care, LLC in Denver, CO is seeking an RN or LPN for a 1099 contract role to administer patient care at the patient’s residence under a physician‑established plan. The position offers 12-hour shifts, days or nights, seven days a week, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus after consistent visits in the first 30 days.

Applicants must have an active RN or LPN license (state or compact), CPR certification, and reliable transportation to travel to patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Maintain required insurance
• Good interpersonal skills
• Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient’s home
• Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end of life care

Responsibilities

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care
• Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record
• Conduct patient assessments in coordination of care plan
• Perform various activities associated with daily living
• Monitor for changes in the patient’s condition
• Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of the patients
