Job summary

Giving Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for in-home patient care in Lexington, KY. This is a 1099 contract role providing care at the patient's residence, with shifts of 8 hours weekly and a background check required.

You will execute physician orders, monitor vitals, administer medications, coordinate with CNAs, case managers, and the patient’s physicians, and educate families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with nursing program.
• Current RN or LPN license in state or compact.
• CPR certification is current.

Responsibilities

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
• Document care provided in the system of record.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Provide personal care services as needed.
• Monitor vitals and report changes to physicians.
