Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate RN/LPN to administer care in patients0s homes in Kentucky, with shifts ranging from 4 hours monthly to full 12-hour periods. Care plans are physician-directed, and caregivers work closely with CNAs, HHAs and case managers to ensure quality, patient-centered care.

This 1099 contract role offers flexible scheduling across day, evening, night or weekend shifts, with compensation up to $45/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with nursing licensure (RN or LPN).
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test and physical examination.
• Maintain required insurance.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
• Document care accurately in the system of record.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies.
• Assess patients and coordinate care.
• Perform daily living activities with patients.
• Monitor vitals and intake/output.
• Assess skin and provide wound care.
• Communicate with family, physicians and case managers.
• Educate patient and family on care.
• Provide one-on-one care in patients' homes.
• Supervise CNAs and PAs as needed.
