Job summary

Gail's Home Care Agency in Georgia is seeking a state-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to perform an initial assessment visit for a visually impaired client in Crawfordville 30631. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule and a manageable patient load, with a one-time initial assessment fee of $65 for new clients.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, a current RN license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid and current RN license
• CPR certified

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the service plan and regularly reassess the client's needs.
• Participate in in-service programs, training, and teaching other personnel.
• Develop and implement the service plan for each patient under the direction of their physician or family.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions to treatments, drugs, and changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition.
• Initiate preventative procedures as appropriate for patient safety and report changes to care environment.
• Maintain clinical and progress notes for each patient and provide progress reports to their physician.
• Coordinate services for the patient
