Job summary

Gail's Home Care Agency in Georgia seeks a state-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to perform an initial assessment visit for a visually impaired client in Crawfordville 30631. The PRN role offers a flexible schedule and a manageable patient load.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and CPR certification. Responsibilities include developing service plans, coordinating care, and reporting to physicians with comprehensive progress notes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid and current RN license.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the service plan as applicable and regularly reassess the client's needs.
• Participate in in-service programs, training, and teaching other personnel.
• Develop and implement the service plan for each patient under the direction of their physician or family.
• Observe and report symptoms, reactions to treatments, drugs, and changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition.
• Initiate preventative procedures as appropriate for the patient’s care and safety and effect changes in the environment to ensure patient safety and security.
• Maintain clinical and progress notes for each patient receiving care and provide progress reports to their physician.
• Coordinate services for patient
