Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Beaumont, TX is seeking licensed professionals to administer skilled home health care and to teach patients, families, and care teams. You will perform services per physician orders and the established plan of care, delivering compassionate care in patients' homes.

Requirements include graduation from an approved school of clinical education, a current license in Texas, and at least one year of licensed professional experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
