Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking licensed professionals to provide skilled care in patients' homes in the Houston area. You will work with patients, families, and care teams to implement the plan of care and deliver high-quality home-based services.

Candidates must be Texas-licensed, a graduate of an approved clinical education program, with at least one year of licensed experience and strong technology skills, including mobile-device use.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

• Administer skilled care to patients per physician orders and planned care (POC).
