Zusammenfassung

Interim HealthCare Inc. in West Virginia seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home direct patient care per prescribed plan, monitor progress, and support patients and families with dignity and comfort.

You will document vitals, administer medications, assist with wound care, and collaborate with other caregivers to achieve excellent patient outcomes. A WV RN license, CPR/BLS, and reliable transportation are required; ventilator experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing (AND/AAS) required.
• Licensure: Current unrestricted RN license in WV.
• Current CPR/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to care sites/work locations.
• Practical trach/ventilator experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-home direct patient care per plan of care and nursing scope.
• Assess and document patient conditions; report changes as needed.
• Administer medications, insulin, IV fluids; document thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds; assist with hygiene.
• Assess for injuries, bedsores, infections; deliver treatments.
• Collaborate with providers and health professionals to ensure outcomes.
