Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Aiken, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled in-home care to patients impacted by DOE/Nuclear Energy programs. You will provide one-on-one, patient-centered care directly in homes, supported by a nurse-led team that prioritizes dignity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in SC.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
