Job summary

Professional Case Management seeks registered nurses to deliver in-home health services across Tennessee. You can build one-on-one relationships with patients, control your schedule, and balance school, travel, volunteering, or family time while providing high‑quality care in the comfort of patients’ homes.

Ideal candidates are state-licensed RNs with CPR and TB tests, recent or acute-care experience, and a commitment to safety and culturally respectful care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice.
• Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent; will consider new graduate nurses.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
